Advisory Council's Internal and External Affairs Committee Holds Meeting

The Internal and External Affairs Committee of the Advisory Council held a meeting on Wednesday chaired by its Rapporteur Abdullah bin Fahad bin Ghorab Al Marri.
The Committee continued study of the general debate request presented by the Council members on the harm caused to the children of divorced or widowed Qatari mothers from spouses of the siege countries.
The Committee decided to complete its study thereon at its next meeting.
The meeting was attended by HE Chairman of the National Human Rights Committee Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri and CEO of Qatar Foundation for Social Work Amal Abdullatif Al Mannai, who explained their points of view on the mentioned general debate request and responded to related inquiries from the Committee's members.
