The Shura Council State of Qatar

 H. E. Mr. Ahmed Bin Abdulla Bin Zaid Al-Mahmoud, the Speaker of the Shura Council held a meeting today with H. E. Mr. Mohamed Bin Hamoud Al-Shafi, the Chairman of the Central Council of the Municipal Affairs, and with Engineer Hamad Bin Lahdan Al- Mohannadi, Deputy Chairman of the Central Council. 

During the meeting, H.E. the Chairman of the Central Council of the Municipal Affairs pointed out the efforts of Central Municipal Council in its fifth session, in order to serve the citizens, to meet their needs, to improve and upgrade the services in various facilities. 

On his part, the Chairman of the Shura Council appreciated the role of the Central Municipal Affairs Council, stressing his keenness to develop cooperation relations between the two Councils in the coming period. 

The meeting was attended by H.E. Mr. Fahad Bin Mubarak Al-Khayareen, the General Secretary of the Shura Council and a number of officials.
