The Palestinian Legislative Council commends the Shura Council’s Supportive Stances on the Palestinian Cause

Dr. Ahmed Bahr, Acting Chairman of the Palestinian Legislative Council, expressed Qatar's continued support for the Palestinian cause, commending yesterday's weekly Shura Council session for condemnation and denunciation of the Israeli government's attempts to Judaize the city of Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and alerting Israel's settlement development activities to the peace process and the implementation of the two-State solution.
In a telephone call today with HE Dr. Hamda bint Hassan Al-Sulaiti, Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council, Dr. Bahr reiterated his congratulations on Qatar's success in hosting the recent FIFA World Cup, expressing gratitude for the various events and activities that coincided with this tournament to bring Palestinian voices to the world.
