The Shura Council State of Qatar

The Internal and External Affairs Committee of the Shura Council held a meeting today, chaired by H.E. Mr. Yousef bin Ali Al-Khater, Chairperson of the Committee.
During the meeting, the Committee continued its discussion on the draft law concerning DNA profilling, with the attendance of Brigadier Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Binali, Director of the Forensic Laboratory, and Colonel Ahmed Abdullah Al-Harmi, Director of Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, as well as Mr. Majid Hassan Al-Ghanim, Director of the Legislation Department, and Ms. Fatima Abdullah Al-Buainain, Acting Director of the Shura Council Affairs Department at the At the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. The attending officials responded to the inquiries and remarks raised by Committee members on the mentioned topic.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Committee decided to submit its report on the matter to the Council.
