The Shura Council State of Qatar

The Qatar–Finland Parliamentary Friendship Group at the Shura Council, chaired by His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Mahdi Al-Ahbabi, Chair of the Group, met today with its counterpart at the Finnish Parliament, chaired by His Excellency Mr. Ville Skinnari, who is currently visiting the country.
The Qatar–Poland Parliamentary Friendship Group also held a separate meeting with its counterpart at the Polish Parliament, chaired by His Excellency Mr. Wojciech Król, Chair of the Poland–Qatar Parliamentary Friendship Group.
During the two meetings, areas for developing parliamentary cooperation with both Finland and Poland were reviewed, as well as ways to strengthen friendship relations and exchange legislative expertise, in a manner that supports joint parliamentary work between the Shura Council and the two European parliaments.
Both meetings were attended by His Excellency Mr. Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Maliki, Vice-Chair of the Group, and Her Excellency Ms. Amina bint Yousuf Al-Jaidah, Member of the Parliamentary Friendship Group.
