The Shura Council State of Qatar

The Committee on Education, Culture, Sports and Information of the Shura Council, during its meeting held today and chaired by His Excellency Mr. Khaled bin Ahmed Al-Obaidan, Chair of the Committee, continued its study of the request for a general discussion related to enhancing the social, cultural, and values-based role of sports clubs and their activities. This took place in the presence of a number of specialists and parents, who responded to the inquiries and remarks of Their Excellencies members regarding the aforementioned matter.
At the conclusion of its meeting, the Committee decided to continue its study of the topic at a forthcoming meeting.
