“Education Affairs” Committee of the Shura Council Discusses Government Statement on the Cultural Legacy of the World Cup

The Committee on Education, Culture, Sports and Information at the Shura Council held a meeting today, chaired by His Excellency Mr. Khaled bin Ahmed Al-Obaidan, Chair of the Committee.
During the meeting, the Committee discussed the esteemed Government’s statement regarding the motion of desire submitted by the Council on the draft cultural legacy of hosting the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, which had been referred to it by the Council.
The Committee decided at the end of its meeting to submit its report on the matter to the Council.
