The Shura Council State of Qatar

The Shura Council participated today in the meeting of the Bureau of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean, which was held via video conferencing.
The Council was represented at the meeting by HE Mr. Abdullah bin Nasser bin Turki Al-Subaie, Member of the Shura Council and Vice President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean.
The meeting, which opened with a welcome speech by H.E. Mr. Giulio Santimeiro, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean discussed the Assembly's plans, upcoming participations, and its general budget for 2026.
The meeting witnessed a review of a report on the activities and events of the Assembly for the period from September to December 2025, as well as the activities of the Assembly during the first half of next year. It as well reviewed the reports of the Standing Committees on the promotion of regional economic integration, dialogue among civilizations and human rights.
