The Shura Council State of Qatar

The temporary committee to study and analyze the electoral programs of the Shura Council's candidates during the election period held on Tuesday a meeting chaired by HE the Deputy Speaker of the Council and Chairperson of the Committee Dr. Hamda bint Hassan al Sulaiti.

During the meeting, the committee was briefed on what was approved during the last period, 64 electoral programs were studied, the committee classified them according to the specific fields, such as health, education, culture, development and others.

After the discussions, the committee decided to inform the council's office of its findings regarding the classification of electoral programs and arranging them in tables in accordance with their sphere of competence. The committee will continue its work to study the rest of the programs and classify them according to the adopted mechanisms.

The committee studies the electoral programs submitted by the candidates for membership in the Shura Council during the election period. It considers all programs, whether those submitted by those who later won membership, or those who were not fortunate, in order to benefit from the programs, suggestions and visions presented by the candidates.
