Shura Council's Joint Committee Holds Meeting

The Joint Committee, which is composed of the Shura Council's Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee and the Cultural and Information Affairs Committee, held a meeting today chaired by its rapporteur HE Nasser bin Rashid bin Saree Al Kaabi.
During the meeting, the Committee continued to examine a draft law regulating the press, publication, publishing, media activities, and arts, in the presence of HE Minister of Culture and Sports Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali.
The Committee decided to resume studying the draft law at its next meeting.
