Social Affairs and Labour Committee of the Shura Council Continues Discussion of Amendments to the “Labour Law” in the Presence of a Number of Specialists

The Social Affairs, Labour and Housing Committee of the Shura Council held a meeting today, chaired by His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Hassan Al-Dhabit Al-Dossari, Chair of the Committee.
During the meeting, the Committee continued its discussions of the draft law amending certain provisions of the Labour Law issued by Law No. (14) of 2004, in the presence of a number of specialists from the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Labour, who responded to the inquiries and remarks raised by members of the Committee regarding the aforementioned draft law. The Committee decided to continue its study at a forthcoming meeting.
