Qatari-Armenian Meeting to Enhance Cooperation in Parliamentary Field

The Qatari-Armenian Parliamentary Friendship Group held a meeting in Doha on Thursday.
The meeting dealt with ways to enhance parliamentary relations between the two countries and the importance of raising the level of coordination in regional and international parliamentary forums.
The meeting was chaired by HE Head of the Qatari-Armenian Parliamentary Friendship Group, Member of the Shura Council Eng. Ahmed bin Hitmi Al Hitmi, and his counterpart HE Member of Armenian National Assembly Vahagn Aleksanyan, who discussed the importance of exchanging experiences and visits between the two councils in a way that contributes to the development of joint cooperation.
The meeting was attended by a number of officials from both sides.
