The Shura Council State of Qatar

The Health, Public Services, and Environment Committee of the Shura Council held a meeting today, chaired by H.E. Mr. Mubarak bin Mohamed Al Kuwari, the Committee’s Chairperson.
  During the meeting, the committee continued its study of the general discussion request concerning the "agricultural support mechanisms provided to local farms and their contribution to enhancing food security." Representatives from the Ministry of Municipality and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry attended the session, responding to inquiries and observations raised by committee members regarding the subject. 
At the end of the meeting, the committee decided to submit its report on the discussion request to the Council.
