Qatar-Cote d'Ivoire Parliamentary Friendship Groups Hold Meeting

 Qatar-Cote d'Ivoire parliamentary friendship groups met on Thursday on the sideline of the high-level African Parliamentary Conference organized by the Doha-based UNOCT Program Office on Parliamentary Engagement in Preventing and Countering Terrorism and the African Parliamentary Union, in partnership with the Shura Council under the title "Understanding the terrorist threat in Africa: new challenges and necessary measures," which concluded Thursday.


The Qatari side, in the meeting of the two friendship groups, was represented by HE Member of the Shura Council and chairman of the group Mohammed Yousef Al Mana, and the Ivorian side was represented by HE chairperson of the group.


During the meeting, they reviewed a number of issues related to cooperation between the two sides and ways of enhancing and developing, in addition to several topics on the conference's agenda.
