Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee Holds Meeting at the Shura Council

The Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee of the Shura Council held a meeting today, chaired by H.E. Mr. Khalid bin Ghanem Al Ali, Chairman of the Committee.
During the meeting, the Committee discussed a draft law amending certain provisions of Law No. (4) of 2008 concerning the lease of real estate. The Committee also continued its study of a draft law on owners’ associations.
At the conclusion of its meeting, the Committee decided to submit its two reports on both topics to the Council.
