He holds a Bachelor's degree in Geological Sciences from Qatar University.
He rose to leadership positions during his years of work, where he was appointed Assistant Head of State Property Department for Land Management and Expropriation at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, Assistant Director of the Municipal Minister's Office for Public Affairs, Director of the Assistant Director General's Office at the General Authority for Urban Planning and Development, and Director of Land Management at the Authority.
During his career, he chaired the Committee for the Valuation of External Areas of the General Authority for Urban Planning and Development and was a member of the Real Estate Registration Committee of the Ministry of Justice. He has been a member of the Standing Committee for Farms and Farmers' Affairs since 2018.
