Shura Council Participates in RoundTable Meeting on the Use of Technology to Combat Corruption

Yesterday, the Shura Council participated in the roundtable meeting entitled "Parliaments Using Technologies to Combat Corruption", held via visual communication technology.
The Shura Council was represented at the meeting by H.E. Mr. Essa bin Arar Alromaihi, Member of the Council. It addressed existing techniques that could serve parliamentarians in the fight against corruption, new policies and actions in this area, and reviewed cooperation and solidarity among parliaments to develop their partnerships and promote transparency, integrity and the prevention of corruption.
