The Shura Council State of Qatar

The General Secretariat of the Shura Council, in cooperation with the Centre of Excellence for Training and Consulting of the Doha Institute of Graduate Studies, organized a training course entitled "Advanced Leadership Skills 2030", presented by Dr. Alfred Al-Rayashi.
Over the course of three days, the course covered a number of topics related to several administrative aspects, such as planning and decision-making, and how to set goals and work to achieve them. 
During the course, an explanation of the leadership functions and introduction of the associated terminology was provided, with a view to enhancing the skills of the staff of the General Secretariat of the Shura Council, and the creation of qualitative qualified cadres that contribute to supporting the Council's work.
