Speaker of Shura Council to QNA: CMC Elections are a National Duty, Everyone Must Participate

HE Speaker of the Shura Council Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim congratulated everyone on the election of the 7th session of the Central Municipal Council (CMC).
In remarks to Qatar News Agency (QNA), after casting his vote in sixth constituency (Al Aziziyah), His Excellency said that these elections, which were entrenched through the successive sessions of the Council, have become part of the societal culture.
HE the Speaker of the Shura Council stressed that participation in this electoral process is a patriotic duty that everyone must fulfil. It's a national mission that requires to be done and instilled in the hearts of the children, he said.
HE Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim urged everyone to participate in the elections, expressing in this context his happiness in being present in the sixth constituency to cast his vote. Furthermore, he urged everyone to bring their relatives and families who are eligible to vote.
