President of the Association of Secretaries General of Arab Parliaments Meets with President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU)

HE President of the Association of Secretaries General of Arab Parliaments and Secretary-General of the Shura Council Dr. Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Fadala met today with HE President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Duarte Pacheco, on the sidelines of the Third Coordination Meeting on Counter-Terrorism and Parliamentary Policy Dialogue on Border Security in the Context of Counter-Terrorism, both held in Doha.
During the meeting, a number of topics were reviewed by the meeting and by the policy dialogue that related to parliamentary efforts in combating terrorism, and the role of the Secretaries-General in supporting those efforts.
