Secretary-General of Shura Council Discusses Co-operation with Several General-Secretaries

HE Secretary-General of the Shura Council Dr. Ahmed bin Nasser Al Fadhala met Thursday with HE Secretary-General of the National Assembly in the sisterly State of Kuwait Adel Al-Loughani and Secretary-General of Association of Secretaries General of Arab Parliaments Jassim Al Nisf who are visiting the country to attend part of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 matches.
In addition, HE Secretary-General of the Shura Council met with the Secretary-General of the Arab Parliament Kamel Mohamed Sharawy who is visiting the country to attend part of the tournament matches.
During the two meetings, they discussed the parliamentary co-operation relations and ways of strengthening the coordination, sharing the expertise and developing the action of the General Secretariates to serve the parliamentary action.
The General Secretaries praised the distinct and impressive organization of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, underlining that the State of Qatar has fulfilled the promise in organizing an exceptional version of world cup and created a hub for peoples and cultures from this sporting event, noting the development renaissance being witnessed by the country in multiple fields.
