Shura Council Reviews Draft Law Regulating Right to Information

The Shura Council held Monday its regular weekly session chaired by HE Speaker of the Shura Council Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim.
At the outset of the session, the Council reviewed a draft law regulating the right to obtain information, which was referred to the Council by the esteemed Cabinet.
After extensive discussions of the draft law, the Council decided to refer it to the Council's Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee to study it and submit a report thereon.
