The Shura Council State of Qatar

The General Secretariat of the Shura Council organized a training course titled “Fundamentals of Project Management”, with the participation of a number of leaders and staff members of the Secretariat. 
The three-day course, which concluded today, addressed the concept of project management, the application of various procedures and methods it requires, and the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure the successful implementation of projects and the achievement of their objectives. It also covered the role and responsibilities of the project manager and the scope of their influence. 
This course comes within the framework of the Secretariat’s strategic training plan to enhance institutional efficiency by building the scientific capacities and skills required for leaders and employees across all administrative work fields. 
The course combined theoretical concepts with practical application and featured interactive discussions among the participants.
