About the Secretary General

H.E. Mr. Nayef bin Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Zaid Al-Mahmoud holds the position of Secretary-General of the Shura Council after the issuance of Emiri Decision No. (11) of 2024, contributing to the Secretary-General of the Shura Council.

His Excellency holds an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Paris in Qatar, and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Jordan.

His Excellency has previously worked in:

  • The General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority.
  • Amiri Diwan.
