The Shura Council State of Qatar

The Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee of the Shura Council held a meeting today, chaired by H.E. Mr. Khalid bin Ghanem Al Ali, Chairman of the Committee.
During the meeting, the Committee continued its examination of the draft law on owners’ associations, in light of the Council’s decision to refer the draft back to the Committee for further study. The meeting was attended by a number of specialists from the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Municipality, who responded to the additional inquiries and remarks raised by the Committee members regarding the aforementioned draft law.
The Committee decided to continue its study of the draft law at a forthcoming meeting.
