HE Mr. Yousef bin Ali Al-Khater, Member of the Shura Council and Chairman of the Qatari Parliamentary Friendship Group with the United States of America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, met today with the delegation of senior officials of the United States Congress who are currently visiting the country.
During the meeting, the review of parliamentary cooperation between the two sides and ways to strengthen it were reviewed.
The meeting was attended by HE Mr. Ahmad bin Hitmi AL-Hitmi, HE Mr Khalid bin Ahmed Al-Obaidan and HE Dr. Mohamed bin Batti Al-Abdulla, Council members, and members of the Qatari Parliamentary Friendship Group with the United States of America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
