Speaker of Advisory Council Meets Inter-Parliamentary Union Officials

HE Speaker of the Advisory Council Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid al Mahmoud met on Tuesday with HE Member of the Executive Committee of the Inter-Parliamentary Union IPU Aminato Habibou, and HE Member of the Executive Committee of the Inter-Parliamentary Union Ferrer Gomez.
HE Speaker of the Advisory Council also met with HE President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean Pedro Roque, and HE Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean Sergio Piazzi.
The meetings discussed the parliamentary relations between the State of Qatar and the Executive Committee of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, the People's Republic of China, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean and means of supporting, developing and promoting them as well as discussing the most important topics on the agenda of the 139 meetings of the IPU.
The meeting was attended by a number of the Advisory Council members.
