Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee Concludes Review of “Civil and Commercial Procedure Law”

The Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee held a meeting today, chaired by H.E. Mr. Khalid bin Ghanem Al Ali, Chairman of the Committee.
During the meeting, the Committee continued its discussions on the draft law amending certain provisions of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law promulgated by Law No. (13) of 1990. At the conclusion of its meeting, the Committee decided to submit its report thereon to the Council.
