  High School Certificate.
  Completed numerous military training courses in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and Qatar.

Parliamentary Career

  Appointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Currently serves as a Member of the Internal and External Affairs Committee.

Professional Experience

  Mr. Al-Khayarin joined the Qatar Armed Forces in 1976 and advanced through a series of leadership positions, including:
Company Commander.
  Commander of the Qasim bin Mohammed Battalion.
  Commander of the Infantry School.
  Commander of the Armed Forces Training Institute.
  He also served as:
  Assistant Chief of Staff for Education at the Education Authority, General Command of the Qatar Armed Forces (2004–2017).
  Member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Administrative Development.
  Secretary of the Defense Planning Committee.
  Member of the Board of Trustees of Qatar Leadership Academy.
  Member of the Board of Ahmed Bin Mohammed Military College.
