The Shura Council State of Qatar

He holds a master's degree in Social Sciences & Humanities from Doha Institute for Graduate Studies, and a master's degree in atmospheric science. He rose in several leadership positions, as he was appointed Director of the Environment Department at the Ministry of Municipality and Agriculture, then Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Environment and Natural Reserves, and then appointed Executive Director of the Qatar Red Crescent, and then Director of the Office of the Personal Representative of His Highness the Amir.
He chaired and participated in many regional and international conferences related to environmental protection, participated in many historical symposia, and prepared many scientific papers related to Qatar's political and social history, and has many works in this field.
