  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees; he currently serves as a Member of the Internal and External Affairs Committee, and a Member of the Social, Labor and Housing Affairs Committee.

 

Professional Experience

  Mr. Al-Buainain worked at the Ministry of Interior, advancing through various security and administrative positions until attaining the rank of Captain in the Human Resources Department
