Academic Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences – King Faisal Air Academy, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  Bachelor’s degree in Military International Relations – Sultan Qaboos University, Sultanate of Oman.
  Higher Diploma in International Relations – King’s College London, United Kingdom.

 

Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees; he currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Social, Labor and Housing Affairs Committee, and as a Member of the Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee.
  Accredited as a Member of the Standing Committee on United Nations Affairs in the Inter-Parliamentary Union during the 150th General Assembly held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in April 2025.

 

Professional Experience

  Mr. Al-Maliki served in the military sector and rose through the ranks to Major General (Pilot) and Deputy Commander of the Qatar Amiri Air Force.
He participated in several military operations, including Operation Desert Storm for the liberation of the State of Kuwait, and directly supervised major projects of the Qatar Armed Forces.
