  Bachelor’s degree in Management and Political Science, Michigan (1985).
  Master’s degree in Administrative Leadership and Communities, Michigan (1987).

Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees; he currently serves as a Member of the Internal and External Affairs Committee.

Professional Experience

  Mr. Al-Badi worked at the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Housing, where he served as Head of Labor Affairs(1991–1993). He later joined the Ministry of Economy, where he served as:
Assistant Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Trade, Commercial Agreements and Investment (2012–2015).
  Director of the Consumer Cooperation Department.
  He also served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Al Meera Holding, and was a member of the company’s founding committee.
