  Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI).
  Professional Diploma in Infectious Diseases, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI).
  Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), King Faisal University, Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  Fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America (FIDSA).
  Fellow of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI Fellowship), USA.
  Doctor of Medicine – Arab Board Certification.


Parliamentary Career

  Appointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Currently serves as a Member of the Internal and External Affairs Committee, and a Member of the Committee on Health, Public Services and the Environment.


Professional Experience

  Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director, Communicable Disease Center and Hamad General Hospital – Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC).
Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine, specialized in Infectious Diseases, including transplant infectious diseases.
  Deputy Head of the Infectious Diseases Division – Department of Internal Medicine.
  Director of the Clinical Fellowship Program in Infectious Diseases.
  Dr. Al-Muslemani has also held significant academic roles, including:
  Clinical Assistant Professor, Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar.
  Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine, College of Medicine – Qatar University.
  Educator and trainer for medical students, residents, and fellows in postgraduate training programs.
  She serves as the national lead for Ministry of Public Health programs including:br>   The Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Program.br>   The Elimination of Mother-to-Child Transmission (EMTCT) Program.
  Dr. Al-Muslemani has implemented more than 55 quality improvement projects under initiatives such as the Clinical Care Improvement Program and the Best Care Always initiative. She has published over 150 scientific research papers in collaboration with international research institutions, and is a frequent keynote speaker at regional and international medical conferences.
