Appointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025. Currently serves as a Member of the Internal and External Affairs Committee of the Council.

Over the course of a 40-year career, Mr. Al-Muadhadi held a number of senior positions within Qatar Customs, including: Director of Land Transport Customs.
Director of Abu Samra Border Customs.
Director of the Air and Land Customs Department (Hamad International Airport – Al Udeid Air Base – Abu Samra Border Crossing).
Director of the Land Customs Department (Abu Samra Border Crossing).
Assistant President of the General Authority of Customs for Customs Affairs.
