Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025. Has served on several Council committees; he currently serves as a Member of the Internal and External Affairs Committee.

H.E. Al-Suwaidi has held various leadership roles, including serving as a Board Member of Al Arabi Sports Club, where he also served as Team Manager. He has participated in numerous national and international activities related to parliamentary work, community service, and volunteer initiatives.
