Academic Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in Arts, major in Geography and Planning, Qatar University.

 

Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees; he currently serves as a Member of the Committee on Health, Public Services and the Environment, and a Member of the Social, Labor and Housing Affairs Committee.

  Chairman of the Qatari Parliamentary Friendship Group with the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UK in the Council.

 

Professional Experience

  Mr. Bukshaisha has held several leadership positions within the Ministry of Municipality and Environment.
He was also elected as a Member of the First Municipal Council, representing the Al Jasra district (1999–2003).
