Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council (2017–2021).
  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several committees of the Council and chaired the Social, Labor and Housing Affairs Committeeduring the Fourth Ordinary Session of the First Legislative Term, corresponding to the 53rd Annual Session.
  Currently serves as a Member of the Committee on Education, Culture, Youth, Sports and Media.

Professional Experience

  A professional architect, Mr. Al-Khulaifi advanced through various leadership roles until becoming Head of the Studies and Cost Department and Chief Engineer at the Public Works Authority.
He has participated in several key committees, including the Tenders Committee, the Grievances Committee, and the Contractors Committee.
  He has contributed to numerous national and international engagements related to parliamentary work, community service, and volunteer initiatives.
