Academic Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in Internal Security Force Science.

Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees and chaired the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee for three sessions during the First Legislative Term.
 He currently serves as Chairman of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee in the current legislative session.

Professional Experience

  Mr. Al-Mana has progressed through various positions at the Ministry of Interior, including:
Assistant Director-General of the Public Security Department in the late 1990s.
  Member of the General Police Affairs Committee.
  Director of the Office of Experts and Advisors at the Office of H.E. the Minister of Interior.
  Member of the Permanent Committee for Development and Modernization at the Ministry of Interior.
  He also possesses extensive experience in sports administration, having been elected:
  First Vice President of the Qatar Olympic Committee.
  President of the Qatar Weightlifting Federation.
  President of both the Asian and Arab Weightlifting Federations.
