Academic Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics, Qatar University.
  Higher Diploma in Urban Planning, Qatar University.

Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees; he served as Vice Chairman of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee during the Fourth Ordinary Session of the First Legislative Term.
  Currently serves as a Member of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee, and a Member of the Committee on Education, Culture, Youth, Sports and Media.
  Member of the Arab Parliament (2021–2025).

Professional Experience

  Mr. Al-Nasr served in the Amiri Guard, where he progressed through various military, administrative, and financial positions, reaching the rank of Brigadier.
He has participated in numerous national and international activities.
