  Bachelor’s degree in Security Sciences.


Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees; he currently serves as a Member of the Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee.


Professional Experience

  Mr. Al-Rumaihi served in the Ministry of Interior, where he progressed through various leadership positions until attaining the rank of Brigadier.
He was appointed Director of Hamad International Airport Security Department.
  He also served as a Member of the Steering Committee for the Hamad International Airport Project, and as Deputy Chairman of the Coordination Committee between Agencies Operating at Hamad International Airport.
