Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees; he currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Committee on Education, Culture, Youth, Sports and Media, and Member of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee.
  Member of the Arab Parliament (2021–2025), where he chaired the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Political Affairs and National Security.

  Mr. Al-Mulla has held prominent leadership roles in the hospitality sector, including:
Deputy General Manager of the Marriott Hotel.
  Manager of Doha Club.
  Chief Executive Officer for Human Resources and Administrative Affairs at Qatar Hotels Company.
  Chief Executive Officer of Katara Hospitality.
  He has participated in numerous national and international events.
