  Bachelor’s degree in Geography and History, College of Education.
  Master’s degree in Leadership.


Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees; he currently serves as a Member of the Social, Labor and Housing Affairs Committee.


Professional Experience

  Mr. Al-Emadi worked at the Ministry of Education and was later appointed Executive Director of the Qatar Orphans Care Foundation (Dhreima).
He has participated in numerous conferences and academic training programs.
