Academic Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in Arts, major in History and Library Science.

Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees; he currently serves as a Member of the Internal and External Affairs Committee.

Professional Experience

  Mr. Al-Muftah worked at the Ministry of Education, and later at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He subsequently moved into private business and established several successful private companies. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Al-Tadamon Automotive & Trading Company.
  He has also been appointed as a Member of the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a Member of the Qatari Businessmen Association.
