Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees; he chaired the Committee on Health, Public Services and the Environment during the Fourth Ordinary Session of the First Legislative Term, and currently serves as a Member of the Committee on Education, Culture, Youth, Sports and Media.

Professional Experience

  Mr. Al-Kuwari joined the Ministry of Municipality and Environment and progressed through various leadership roles, including:
Director of the Services Affairs Department at Al Khor Municipality.
  Director of Al Daayen Municipality.
  He has also served as a member of several key local committees, including:
  Industrial Areas Supervisory Committee.
  Rain Emergency Committee.
  Cleaning Project Committee.
  Qatar Green and Clean Committee.
