  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees; he currently serves as a Member of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee, and a Member of the Committee on Health, Public Services and the Environment.

Professional Experience

  Mr. Al-Nuaimi worked at the Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa), where he served as:
Senior Engineer in the Connections Department.
  Director of the Electricity Distribution Department.
  Director of the Customer Services Department.
  He has also been appointed as a member of several key committees, including:
  The Central Tenders Committee.
  The GCC Committee for Technical and Service Benchmarking for Electricity and Water Services.
  The Arab Union of Electricity Distribution Networks.
  He has participated in numerous national and international events.
