  Master’s degree in Public Administration, American University.

Parliamentary Career

  Member of the Shura Council, First Legislative Term (2021–2025).
  Reappointed as a Member of the Shura Council in the Second Legislative Term pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (42) of 2025, issued on 9 October 2025.
  Has served on several Council committees; he chaired the Internal and External Affairs Committee during the Fourth Ordinary Session of the First Legislative Term, and currently serves as Chairman of the same Committeein the current legislative session.

Professional Experience

  Mr. Al-Khater worked at the Ministry of Education before joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he advanced through senior diplomatic positions until being appointed Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the United Kingdom.
He has participated in numerous national and international engagements related to diplomatic work.
