The Shura Council Participates in Second Meeting of Arab Parliament

A delegation of the Shura Council left for Arabic Republic of Egypt, to attend the Second Meeting in the Third Session of the Second Legislative Season of the Arab Parliament, to be held in Cairo, during the period from 8th to 11th, of December, 2018. 

The delegation will participate in the meetings of the four standing committees of Arab Parliament, including the meeting of the Economic and Financial Affairs Committee of Arab Parliament, which will discuss a proposal on enactment of a directory law to attract Arab capital to the Arab world, and a proposed legislation on food security.

Arab Parliament will also organize a sideline meeting to discuss the report of the political situation in the Arab world in 2018. 

 

It is scheduled to hold a special meeting to elect a new chairman of the Arab Parliament, his deputies, the heads of the committees and their deputies.
