Shura Council Participates in Parliamentary Conference on Best Practices for Combatting COVID-19

The Shura Council on Thursday participated in a parliamentary conference on the 'Outbreak of COVID-19 Disease', held by the Asian Parliamentary Assembly via video conferencing technology.
Discussions during the conference focused on the health and economic impact of the COVID-19; and the best practices for combating the pandemic; and reopening the Asian region in a sustainable and inclusive manner.
The Shura Council was represented at the meeting by HE Rashid bin Hamad Al Meadadi, Member of the Council.
