Speaker of Shura Council Meets IPU President

HE Speaker of the Shura Council Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid Al Mahmoud, met on Sunday with HE President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Gabriela Cuevas Barron, on the sidelines of the 141st General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).
During the meeting, a number of issues of mutual interest were reviewed, particularly those related to cooperation in parliamentary and legislative fields, as well as the topics on the agenda of the IPU General Assembly.
